Reasons to Get Out, Run and Have Fun!

There are a lot of rasons to get out. By reading motivations on how to run and have fun on winter cold and dark alley. Because people are talking about the dropping temperature and the chances to run. And the hardest part is rolling out of bed.

So, you already have had enough of motivations from people, articles and even videos to keep you moving but sometimes it fails to. So, I have these new version that noone ever did.

Kids nowadays are hooked with gadgets which parents mostly tolerated them because they’re too busy doing homework or working. Letting the children as young as a year old watch on Ipads. Apparently, they’re the one buying for the kid.
Imagining them deprived on things. Kid must do playing, running, exploring and to be with their friends.
That’s why schools are now giving programs that could let the kids do to their potentials on mental and physical activities and explore themselves and even understand themselves.

Communities especially on running sports where parents are very active and letting their children do a marathon. But before letting your children run a marathon, consider the do’s and dont’s and better get a coach for them to be properly trained.
Well, it’s not all about running. It’s about getting them out of the house walking, chatting and befriend to others. Why percentage of the people are fearful, depressed because they locked up themselves.

 

Getting Ready for a Marathon

Every runner’s dream to run a marathon – may it half or a full one!  Others anticipated in getting their goal. But what exactly is your goal? Finishing the line, it may not be the first but still on top? Or just to finish the marathon “the hell, I care” first or not?

We always hear this, you wouldn’t be a so-called RUNNER if you haven’t run a marathon. Or you were just simply telling the others that you are a runner! Does it justify everything?

For every intention to run a marathon, you should have plans. Musn’t be a single option but make it 2 or 3. If the first and second would not take the way it planned then you have the still option to take into. Plan-A-B-C.001.jpg

If Plan A didn’t work, you still have Plan B and C. And with this, won’t burn yourself out thinking of what’ve gotten wrong or see it as a simple test to yourself! It’s just evaluating you, to sum up, or lessen something that your body could endure.

Re-assist yourself:

  1. Race distance – try the best you can achieve (half or full) or a (5k or 10k).
  2. Race season ( if you can do it in winter or in summer) – consider warmness and coldness or what your body could endure.
  3. Race Gear – before anything else 🙂 Get yourself  comfortable suits.
  4. Racetittude -always wear this! Be POSITIVE.
  5. Race Budget – basic as it is. For your overall training.

Why We Love Running

Running initially women’s perspective is to lose pounds or to be of shape. Most of the runners started for these reasons. And they just have to run and run without any goals at some point. They’d never run a marathon basically, never had it in mind.

It’s the first thought on running. Simple and no goals other than on losing weights.

Eventually, as we had it in our system.  We get up, get dressed and run til it gives lives to ourselves. Being imperfect makes me exert more courage and determination to be different from others – a unique personality, a unique me!

Tips on Winter Running

Winter running has different impressions and reasons: cold, too dark, snowy, slippery and all! Running in the cold isn’t as tough as it looks. It only freezes your butt off if you still.

Being motivated is keeping you in a wimp! And it’s too tiresome to go out because of the cold breeze. But those are just a few of the reasons of a quitter! Yeah, you heard it right! And I can spell it to you – Y-U-O *hair-flip 😛

And if you don’t want to be called names, here’s some tips to get you running!
